Powder Coating

The Process

Pre-Treatment

Powder Application

It is applied as a free-flowing powder onto things such as metal, appliances, and more.

Curing

This stage involves placing the product in our gas oven, and baking at 200 degrees for ten minutes.

Packaging

Once the powder coating process is complete, the finished product is packaged to suit your requirements.
